Shipping policy
Now offering free shipping to US addresses on any orders of $50 or more, after any coupons or discounts are applied.
You can upgrade your free First Class shipping by selecting Priority Mail during checkout, see rates below. Purchases of gift cards, taxes, and or shipping do not apply toward the minimum purchase requirement for free shipping.
At checkout, you'll see your total shipping and handling costs before you finalize your payment. In the event of a return, shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
We are based in Florida and orders mailed within Florida will have sales tax collected. Please let us know if you would like to arrange to pick up your order.
Due to volume of sales, sales tax will be applied to all Ohio-based orders at checkout.
For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine fees, if any, on your order.Â
We ship primarily through the USPS. Once your purchase is produced and prepared for shipping, you will receive an email with mailing information. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail and or SPAM filters, we may have been blocked.
