If you don't think your pet benefits from one of our products, just let us know with an email or phone call. All we ask is that you reach out in the first 90 days. We will refund the purchase price you paid. Usually, we ask you to donate the product to a local rescue group or shelter. However, we may ask for the return of the product before we process a refund. Shipping fees paid are not refunded.
